At ShopRunner I helped lead the experiences for consumer products. This included the mobile app (branded District), the consumer website, and the browser extension. The ShopRunner website had been around for years but was very outdated. I worked with product managers, engineers, and designers to ideate and revamp the website to be a destination for new customers to discover brands, products, and learn how to get free shipping.
